How do I fix an incorrect AI food log?

Open the meal entry, edit the food names or portion sizes, and save your changes. If a photo result looks off, adding a short text description usually improves the accuracy.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through your App Store account. Open your Apple subscription settings, select CaloriFit, and update or cancel the plan there.

Why is a photo not scanning properly?

Best results come from clear photos in good lighting with the full meal visible. If ingredients overlap heavily, take another photo from above or type a short description alongside the image.

How can I request my data or delete my account?

You can delete your account directly in the app from Settings using the Delete account button. If you need help with anything related to your account or data, you can still contact our support team by email.

How long does support usually take to reply?

We aim to reply as quickly as possible. For the fastest help, include your device model, iOS version, app version, and screenshots if you are reporting a bug.
